About
You deserve more than cookie-cutter care
That's why we've designed a luxury-level facility where healing and performance meet.

The founder
Danny Azzow
Danny Azzow built Rehab Reform out of an unusual pairing: a background in spiritual care and ministry, and years spent as an entrepreneur inside outpatient rehabilitation.
The first taught him that people arrive carrying more than the injury on the intake form. The second showed him an industry optimizing for throughput — therapists split three ways, aides running the exercises, patients cycling through until the visits run out.
He founded Rehab Reform to raise the standard for what recovery can look like: personal, unhurried, and equipped with technology most clinics never invest in.
Meet the Medical Director
Dr. Lyndsi Davenport
Dr. Lyndsi Davenport is a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing direct primary care in Rochester, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2013. She completed her internal medicine residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in 2016.
Dr. Davenport founded her practice on the belief that healthcare should be personal, accessible, and rooted in trust. Through the direct primary care model, she is able to spend unrushed time with patients, focusing on prevention, lifestyle medicine, and identifying the root causes of disease rather than simply managing symptoms. She partners closely with her patients to develop individualized care plans that support long-term health and vitality.
Her approach blends evidence-based internal medicine with a holistic perspective, recognizing the vital roles that nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and spiritual well-being play in overall health.
Dr. Davenport lives in Romeo, Michigan, with her husband and three children. Outside of medicine, she is active in her church community, homeschools her children, and enjoys weightlifting and running ultramarathons — disciplines that reflect the same commitment to strength, endurance, and resilience she encourages in her patients.

What we stand on
Five principles
Not a poster in the break room. The reason the building is laid out the way it is.
01
Balance
Treating the whole person, not the presenting complaint.
02
Integrity
Ethical practice and open communication, including when the answer is no.
03
Innovation
Proven technique blended with advanced technology — neither one alone.
04
Luxury-Level Care
A high-end environment because it changes whether you actually come back.
05
Empowerment
Education and ownership, so recovery outlasts the appointment.

It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.Socrates
